Marble Falls graduate helps lead Wall team to state final
The Wall High School girls basketball team defeated Hallettsville 59-44 in the first Class 2A semifinals of the University Interscholastic League State Tournament on Feb. 28 at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin. Wall assistant coach Chris Schlicke (middle), is a former Marble Falls High School boys basketball player and graduate. Standing with him are Wall players Bobbi Chitsey, a junior who scored 20 points, and Maddi Chitsey, a sophomore who added 17 points.
