OBITUARY: Mona Ruth Stoepler, 89, of Kingsland dies Jan. 23, 2014
Mona Ruth Stoepler, 89, passed away Jan. 23, 2014, in Kingsland, Texas. She was born Aug. 26, 1924, in Burnet, Texas, to Claude and Myrtle (Ellison) Whitley.
Mona was a resident of Kingsland since 1986. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Stanley Whitley and nephew Wayne Stanley.
Survivors include nephew Vic Whitley and wife Terri of Grand Prairie and niece Mina Lemon and husband Alan of Monterrey, Tenn.
A graveside service is 1 p.m. Jan. 30 at Burnet Cemetery in Burnet with Pastor Greg Lewis officiating.
