Burnet boys powerlifting team wins district; Lady Dawgs squad places second
BURNET — The Burnet High School boys powerlifting team won the District 8-3A meet Jan. 16 with 46 points. Liberty Hill was second with 41.
The Lady Dawgs were second, while the Lampasas girls won the meet.
The Bulldogs junior varsity team took first thanks to lifters Mason Campbell, Curtis Readance, Lance Armentrout and Aaron Cook.
