Marble Falls fishing club competes at Lake Travis, announces officers

LAKEWAY — The fishing club at Marble Falls High School ended the fall semester by competing in the Lake Travis Cup on Dec. 14.

Anglers said they experienced a cold and windy day on Lake Travis. Marble Falls sent six boats to compete, but only two teams caught a fish.

RESULTS: 4, Dustan Oustad and Chris Hooten, 1 pound, 13 ounces (1 fish); 6, Jack Degolier and Jake Meadows, 1 pound and 6 ounces (1 fish)
