Mary Charlynn “Lynn” Aldridge passed away Aug. 5, 2013, at her home in Horseshoe Bay, Texas, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 67 years old.

Lynn was a real estate agent for more than 20 years and loved Horseshoe Bay and the Hill Country. She was a very loving and proud mother and grandmother, who enjoyed gardening and spending time with family. Lynn enjoyed her friends and had a great sense of humor. She also was very patriotic and enjoyed volunteering at elementary schools to teach U.S. flag etiquette during national holidays.

She is survived by her three sons, William Grant Aldridge and wife Toni of San Diego, Col. Jeffrey Norman Aldridge and wife Sarah of San Antonio and Jay Dean Aldridge and wife Kelly of Marble Falls. She also is survived by her five grandchildren, Brendan, Bailie, Bre, Ava and Aidan, along with her brother, Samuel Zane Staker of Austin.
