Head-on collision on Park Road 4 sends two to area hospitals
BURNET — A head-on collision on Park Road 4 sent the drivers of both vehicles to area hospitals the morning of Aug. 2.
According to Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Rick Mintz, a male driver in a west-bound pickup truck appeared to have crossed the center line and struck an eastbound sport-utility vehicle.
The female driver of the SUV was airlifted by Air Evac Lifeteam to Seton University Medical Center Brackenridge in Austin, Mintz said.
