Fire danger high in Burnet County despite no burn ban
Marble Falls Fire Rescue and Marble Falls Area Volunteer Fire Department firefighters put out some hot spots at a small brush fire on Cedar Ridge Drive on July 2.
The fire departments quickly extinguished the blaze which was within a hundred feet from from two homes. Officials are still investigating the cause but believe it may have been a burn pile that reignited.
