Ida Marie Daniel
A graveside service for Ida Marie Daniel, 94, of Burnet is 2 p.m. Nov. 16, 2012, at Bear Creek Cemetery in Bertram with Pastor Barry Drake officiating.
She was born in Bertram on Oct. 5, 1918, to Charles Clifford Mitchel Sr. and Judia Alice Chapman and passed from this life on Nov. 13, 2012, in Burnet.
She married T.M. “Sam” Daniel on June 27, 1936, and they worked their construction business together, with her as the bookkeeper for many years while she maintained her home as a loving homemaker and wife to T.M. and mother to their children.
She said goodbye to T.M., the love of her life, on Nov. 20, 1994.
She is survived by sons Robert Daniel and wife Dee of Seguin and Jim Daniel of San Antonio; daughter Nancy Daniel Crawford and husband Dannie of Burnet; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Howard Mitchel, Roy Mitchel and Clifford Mitchel Jr.; and sisters Velma Mitchel and Bertha Mitchel Sikes.
