AUSTIN — The Marble Falls Bass Fishing Club welcomed 18 student-anglers from across the state to participate in the Fall Open with the Carthage team making a six-hour drive to compete.

Other fishing clubs came from Austin Westlake, Round Rock high schools, Leander Rouse and Cedar Park Vista Ridge.

“It was an amazing day for high school fishing, and we greatly appreciate the continued support of our club sponsors,” Marble Falls Fishing Club sponsor Lorna Ellis said.
