James Lee Abersoll
James Lee Abersoll, 70, of Burnet died Oct. 16, 2012. He was born on Nov. 29, 1941, in Detroit, the son of Marshall J. Abersoll and Luella Trewin.
Known as “Papa Jim” to many, he was a man who quietly touched the lives of those around him with his kind and loving ways.
“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream.” Jeremiah 17:7-8
Survivors include daughters Terri and husband David Floyd of Lampasas, Lisa, Jennifer Davis of Nicholson, Ga., and Donna and husband Mark of Commerce; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
