Marble Falls volleyball squad wins Pflugerville Connally tourney

PFLUGERVILLE — The Lady Mustangs put all the elements together in winning a pre-district tournament by defeating Connally 25-16 and 25-21, Manor 25-23 and 25-18 and Kyle Lehman 25-19 and 26-24.
The event was productive for the Lady Mustangs, who won five of six sets in pool play. They swept Manor and Austin Reagan and split with Ann Richards School for Girls.

TOP PLAYERS: Hayley Fishbeck hit an average of 13 kills a match. Haley Coulter recorded an average of 33 assists a contest.

ON DEFENSE: Whitecotton 3 blocks, Lacie Long 17 digs, Kelsey Bauers 13 digs
SUBVARSITY: Marble Falls junior varsity finished third.
RECORDS: Marble Falls is 9-5-1.
