Marble Falls athletes gain strength, quickness after several sessions of Performance Course

MARBLE FALLS — After three weeks of Performance Course, Marble Falls Independent School District athletes who’ve participated say they feel stronger and faster.
Their coaches said what they’ve enjoyed the most is watching athletes’ adjust to the pace and their quick recovery time.
Performance Course, which is a strength-and-conditioning program, is conducted four days a week and takes about 90 minutes to complete each session. It is broken down into four sessions: 10th- through 12th-grade boys, sixth- through 12th-grade girls, sixth- through ninth-grade boys and a make-up class.
