Billy Mack Reaves
Billy Mack Reaves, 86, of Burnet died April 22, 2012. He was born in Killeen on Dec. 22, 1925, to Richard M. and Leora Carter Reaves.
He served in the Navy during World War II. He worked most of his life at various jobs and most recently owned and operated a dry-cleaning business.
He was an avid gardener.
Survivors include children Marla Ripperda and husband Terry of Burnet and Richard Reaves and wife Kathye and Martin Reaves, all of Killeen; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers; sisters; wife Doris E. Reaves; and granddaughter Tracey Ripperda.
Visitation is 1 p.m. April 27 at First Baptist Church of Trimmier, 6405 Chaparral Road in Killeen. A service follows at 2 p.m. with burial in Killeen City Cemetery.
