Charles Thomas Reinhardt, 74, died April 12, 2012. He was born in Houston on Sept. 2,1937, to Charles and Lucille Reinhardt.

He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed camping and watching Nascar, especially No. 24 Jeff Gordon.

He retired from Cameron Iron Works after 40 years as a senior inspector.

Survivors include wife Doris; son Charles Reinhardt and wife Mary; daughters Charlotte Ayres and husband Dan and Phyllis Johanson and husband Blake; stepson Ricky Vickers and wife Beverly; grandchildren Joseph Cox, Charles Reinhardt, Michael Reinhardt and wife Nichole, Robert Reinhardt, Johnathan Reinhardt, Joshua Ayres, Desiree Johanson, Cheyenne Johanson, Shelby Ayres, and Jesse Johanson.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Liz Russell; and stepdaughter Vickie Pritchett.

A service is 4 p.m. April 14 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, 306 Texas 29 East in Burnet, (512) 756-2222, with Tim Denton officiating. A graveside service is 10 a.m. April 17 at Hickory Hill Cemetery in Mount Pleasant.
