Jimmy Jean Nuckles, 79, died Jan. 18, 2012, in Round Rock. She was born May 4, 1932, in Mason County at Streeter.

She was a well-known antiques dealer throughout Burnet County. You could find her at the antique shop seven days a week. She would close the shop for Thanksgiving and Christmas, but otherwise she was working. Survivors include husband Reuben Lee Nuckles of Burnet; brother Rickey A. McWilliams of San Angelo; sister Carolyn Mandel of Marble Falls; brother-in-law Larry Cassens of Lampasas; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and  friends.

She was preceded in death by parents Arles McWilliams and Lois (Hanson) McWilliams and sister Arlene F. Cassens.

A funeral service was Jan. 21 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, 306 Texas 29 East in Burnet, (512) 756-2222.

A graveside service followed at noon at Smith Cemetery in the School Creek Community of Lampasas County.

Pallbearers included David Lancaster, Tommy Chapman, Mike Mandel, Aaron Nuckles, Bud Lane and Glen Sims.

Honorary pallbearers were Lee Wilson and Curt Casper.
