Bobby Dail Huffstuttler

Bobby Dail Huffstuttler, 62, of Burnet died Dec. 22, 2011. He was born in Odessa on Nov. 27, 1949.

He met the love of his life, Loxie Huffstuttler, at the local Burnet Tasty Treat in the summer of 1969. They were married the next spring on May 15, 1970, and enjoyed more than 41 years of marriage. They had two children. He was very proud of them and was never afraid to tell people this. He loved watching them accomplish their goals and encouraged them in all endeavors.

He worked in the oilfields in his early years, but soon decided to pursue his dream of opening his own business. Bobby’s Appliance and Air Conditioning served the Burnet area for more than 30 years.

In addition to his wife, survivors include children Bobby Huffstuttler and wife Vicky of Bertram and Lorilee Becker and husband Jon of Collinsville, Ill.; three grandsons; a granddaughter; and a great-grandchild on the way.

A memorial service was Dec. 24, 2011, at Edgar Funeral Home Chapel, 109 N. Main in Burnet, (512) 756-4444.
