Catherine Louise Moss Sautter
Catherine Louise Moss Sautter, 88, died Sept. 18, 2011. She was born in Chandler on Jan. 16, 1923.
She graduated from Waco High School as valedictorian, attended the University of Texas Honors College and was a respected registrar at the Presbyterian Seminary in Austin for most of her life.
“Gran,” as she was affectionately known by all who loved her, enjoyed square-dancing, playing cards, taking photos and spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include brother Joe A. Moss; husband of 69 years Marvin Sautter; son Tommy Sautter and wife Maryah; grandchildren Rhonda Sautter, Kris Sautter-Bradshaw, Beth Sautter and Erin Reid; and great-grandchildren Lindsey Rawls, Spencer Reid and Luke Reid.
A service is 9:30 a.m. Oct. 8 at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home & Cemetery, 14501 Interstate 35 in Pflugerville, (512) 251-4118.
