Rory Parker
Rory Parker, 52, of Burnet died Oct. 3, 2011. He was born in Oakland, Calif., on July 7, 1959, to Curtis Parker and Charlotte Sandoval.
He was in the construction business for most of his life. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved his dog Lady ”B.” He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Deborah Parker of Burnet; daughters Charlene and husband Victor Lara of Bertram, Sarah and husband Boyd Nelson of San Angelo and Denise and husband Clarence Cantrell of Bertram; parents Curtis and Charlotte of Burnet; eight grandchildren; sisters Karen and husband Harold Williamson of Granite Shoals and Carla Parker of Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his younger brother Charles Parker.
A service is 10 a.m. Oct. 5 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, 306 Texas 29 in Burnet, (512) 756-2222, with the Rev. Ralph Martin officiating.
