Betty Jo Fuller
Betty Jo Fuller, 76, of Buchanan Dam died Sept. 17, 2011. She was born to Wilson and Alice Schwarzlose Hasdorff on Oct. 19, 1934, in San Antonio.
She worked for many years as a proofreader for several newspapers and for accountants. She loved hunting and fishing, wood carving, wrote poems and loved auctions.
She was a jokester and loved her dogs, Sunny and Maggie.
Survivors include her son John and wife Robbie Faye O’Bar of Buchanan Dam; mother of Elgin; brother Richard and wife Linda Hosdorff of Smithville; granddaughter Faye and husband Jonathon Krueger of Taylor; nephew David Cade Fuller of Taylor; and nieces Katherine Fuller, Mandi Johnson and Sheralyn East, all of San Antonio.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands John O’Bar Sr. and Fred Fuller.
A service is 3 p.m. Sept. 22 at Putnam Funeral Home & Crematory, 145 Texas Ave. in Kingsland, (325) 388-0008, with Joe Winnett officiating.
