Mary Lou Isenberger

Mary Lou Isenberger, 65, of Llano died Sept. 5, 2011, in Temple. She was born March 14, 1946, to Vernon Watson and Margaret (Tomlinson) Watson in Harris County.
She married Billy Ray Isenberger on July 24, 1961, in Jasper, Ark. She worked as a dietitian at the former Llano Memorial Hospital from Sept. 5, 1984, until her retirement in July 2000. She then volunteered with the medical program at the Llano Hoerster Clinic starting May 2, 2002, where she had 3,580 service hours.
Survivors include son Billy Joe Isenberger and wife Polly of Llano; daughters Sandy Isenberger Fullen and husband Bobby and Louann Isenberger Parker, all of Llano; stepfather Arthur Myers of Llano; sister Jackie Dahl and husband Nelson of Llano; uncle Jimmy Waterson of Llano; grandchildren Kaleb Fullen, Cody Fullen, Justin Fullen, Brittney Parker, Jacob Parker, Tiffany Isenberger, Natasha Isenberger and Katherine Mortenson; aunt Mary Effie Lewis and husband Frank of Shallotte, S.C.; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 2008 and her mother Margaret Myers in 2010.
Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Sept. 8 at Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Home, 307 E. Sandstone in Llano, (325) 247-4300.
A funeral service is 10 a.m. Sept. 9 at the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Stacey Nobles officiating.
Burial follows at the Llano City Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Bobby Fullen, Billy Joe Isenberger, Jacob Parker, Cody Fullen, Vince White, Richard Schmidt and Kaleb Fullen.
