Alice Christine Cobaugh
Alice Christine Cobaugh, 88, of Llano died Aug. 29, 2011. She was born in Sunnyside, Wash., on March 3, 1929, to Everett and Ruth (Frazee) Lang.
She married David Wilbur Cobaugh.
She was a veteran of the Navy, serving in the Korean War. She had been a resident of Llano for the past 21 years and a member of Lutie Watkins Memorial United Methodist Church and the Navy Women’s Alumni.
In addition to her husband of Llano, survivors include son Paul L. Cobaugh and wife Lauren of San Antonio; brothers-in-law Warren Sites of Virginia and Donald Sites of Ohio; and grandchildren Michael Jeremy Cobaugh, Michelle Anne Cobaugh and Rebekah O. Cobaugh.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son Michael Cobaugh; two brothers; and one sister.
A service will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a veterans’ organization of choice or to The American Legion in Llano, P.O. Box 234 Llano, TX 78643.
