Milton Lee Jackson
Milton Lee Jackson, 59, of Kingsland died Aug. 20, 2011. He was born in Niles, Mich., on Feb. 19, 1952, to Jack and Betty Parm Holt.
He served in the Army during the Vietnam era. After retirement, he lived in Kingsland. He was a member of AARP, Disabled American Veterans, the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking.
Survivors include his son Jared Jackson of Fort Worth; daughter Brandi Murphy of Kingsland; grandchildren Angelia Jackson and Justine Murphy, both of Kingsland, Baylee Jackson, Justice Jackson and Tyler Jackson, all of Fort Worth; brothers Joe Earl Jackson and Jack Eugene Holt, both of Niles, Mich.; and wife Kathy Jackson of Center Point.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Paul Jackson; and granddaughter Alyssa Murphy.
A graveside service with military honors is 1 p.m. Aug. 26 at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.
