Maria Antonia Rojas, 78, of Bertram died July 24, 2011. She was born in Wichita, Kan., on March 19, 1933, to Antonio Martinez and Avelina Rico Martinez. 
She was always on the go and enjoyed going places, shopping and being with her family. She was an active member of Hill Country Fellowship Church in Burnet and was involved in activities there. She was a resident of Bertram for more than 60 years. Survivors include daughters Inez Gonzales and husband Henry of Georgetown, Dee Nivault and friend Gary Curry of Bertram, Mary Martinez and husband Howard of Bertram, Rachel Anthony and husband Junior and Bennie Westen and husband Kevin; sons George Rojas Jr. and wife Rosa of Austin and Tino Rojas and wife Alice of Marble Falls; 30 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren. 
She was preceded in death by husband George Rojas Sr. and grandson Jason Rojas.
A visitation is July 26 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, 306 Texas 29 East in Burnet, (512) 756-2222. A service is 10 a.m. July 27 at Hill Country Fellowship Church, 200 Houston Clinton Drive in Burnet, with the Rev. Rodney McGee officiating.
Interment will follow at Strickling Cemetery near Bertram.
Pallbearers are Joshua Gonzales, Randall Huggins, Jeff Rojas, David Rojas, Justin Rojas, Caleb Rojas, Roland Ramirez and Johnathan Martinez. Honorary pallbearers are Charlie Gonzales, Joseph Escamilla and Roy Atkinson.
