Local athletes fare well in Marble Falls Triathlon

MARBLE FALLS — Several local athletes enjoyed competing in the 11th annual Marble Falls Triathlon on July 17 and have the times to prove it.
The first part of the Marble Falls Triathlon was the 1-kilometer swim in Lake Marble Falls. To ensure safety, athletes were allowed to go in waves or groups, one at a time. The first wave waits for the horn to sound to begin the race.Staff photos by Jennifer Fierro. (Photo 1)
