MARBLE FALLS — Heat concerns have caused Marble Falls High School soccer camp directors to cancel the event.

“That’s pretty much it,” Mustangs head coach Michael Nave said. “It didn’t seem to make a lot of sense getting out in the heat.

He and Lady Mustangs head coach Paulette Moczygemba made the decision and have been returning entries fees by mail.

“Registration was running behind what it did last year,” Nave said. “I already dropped all those. I always get their stuff to them.”

Nave said it was important to tell parents because some register late.
