Marble Falls JV 7-on-7 team accepts state tourney bid
MARBLE FALLS — Jerry Watson got the call he’d been waiting for.
Watson, the commissioner of the Marble Falls Hill Country Passing League had been told there was a chance the Marble Falls junior varsity team might get an entry to the 7-on-7 state tournament.
The Marble Falls Middle School incoming eighth-grade 7-on-7 football team finished the Hill Country Passing League with an 8-2 record.
