Thomas Gustave Lohman
Thomas Gustave Lohman, 71, of Red Oak died May 17, 2011, of kidney failure and pancreatic cancer. He was born in Burnet County on Nov. 29, 1939, to Herschel and Mabel (Rowney) Lohman.
He graduated from Bertram High School as a member of the notorious class of 1957, which has maintained a close relationship with each other and still has a blast at their annual class reunions.

He was actively involved in the Red Oak Pee Wee Football and Baseball Associations, both as an officer and a coach, for several years and always enjoyed working with young people. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife of almost 48 years Frances (Giddens) Lohman; son Steve; daughter Sheri and husband Jay Bonner; grandchildren Ashley, Amanda and Justin Bonner, all of Red Oak; sister Joyce and husband Marvin Moos of Austin; uncle Beauford Rowney and wife Kay of Burnet; and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
