Leta Mae Smith, 81, died Feb. 9, 2011. She was born May 6, 1929, in Hobart, Okla., to Edwin and Loma Sheets Allard.

She and her husband Sidney were married for 60 years. She was active in the Fellowship Baptist Church and was a charter member.

In addition to her husband of Meadowlakes, survivors include daughters Becca and husband David King and Martha and husband Ches Singleton, all of Montgomery, and Lisa and husband Todd First of Southlake; brother Leon Allard of Corsicana; grandchildren Jonathan and wife Laura King, Jordan King, Kara King, Matthew and wife Lindy Kessner, Collin and Taylor Kessner, and Zachary, Jeremy and Lindsay First; and great-grandchildren Cade and Ella Kessner.

The family would like to thank everyone at Granite Mesa Nursing Home.

Visitation was Feb. 11 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, 1805 U.S. 281 North in Marble Falls, (830) 693-4373.

A service was Feb. 12 at the Fellowship Baptist Church, 2702 Mormon Mill Road in Marble Falls, with Matt Homeyer and Max Copeland officiating.

Memorials may be made to the Fellowship Baptist Church Building Fund.
