Natalia Vences Aviles, 74, of Lancaster and formerly of Llano County and Round Rock, died Nov. 18, 2010. She was born Nov. 18, 1936, in Piedra Grande, Tejupilco County in Mexico to Florencia (Arce) and Aurelio Vences Maldonado.

She married Constantino Calderon Aviles in Luvianos, Mexico, in 1957.

She was a homemaker and member of the Catholic church attending both Holy Trinity of Llano and St. Charles of Kingsland.

In addition to her husband of Lancaster, survivors include sons Efrain V. Aviles of Kingsland and Jose L. Aviles of Mexico City; daughters Celia V. Aviles of Granite Shoals, Melania A. Perez of Round Rock, Margarita A. Diaz of Lancaster, Reyna Aviles of Mexico City and Lorenza A. Aguilar of Vera Cruz, Mexico; mother Florencia Mondragon of Tejupilco County; four brothers and sisters; 34 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A rosary was recited Nov. 19 at the Waldrope-Hatfiled-Hawthorne Funeral Home, 307 E. Sandstone in Llano, (325) 247-4300 with Deacon Francisco De Latorre officiating.

A funeral service was Nov. 20 at the funeral home with the Rev. Gabriel Uzondu officiating.

Burial followed at the Llano City Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Efrain Aviles Sr., Efrain Aviles Jr., Jesus Aviles and Santiago Perez Jr.
