J. T. Howell, 75, of Burnet died Nov. 20, 2010. He was born Aug. 26, 1935, in Holland, Texas, to Boyd Norvell and Ione Shelton Howell.

He was a self-made man and owned “H” Moving and Storage in Killeen.

He was very special and lived up to his nickname of “Just Trouble.” He will be missed by one and all.

Survivors include his wife Jane Howell; daughters Kitty and husband Gary Hinkle, and Karen and husband Randy Bradshaw, all of Abernathy, Kerry and husband Erick Paschall of San Antonio, and Carolee and husband Travis Frampton of Florence; son Christopher and wife Monica of Killeen; grandchildren Coty Atwood, John Bradshaw and wife Sara, Kate Phillips,  Jessica Howell, Danielle and husband Al Palmieri, Natalie Paschall, Katie Paschall, John Paschall and Ryan Frampton; great-grandchildren Avery Howell, Jenna Phillips and Kara Phillips;  brother Weldon Wallace Howell and wife Marcy; and numerous cousins.

A service is 2 p.m. Nov. 23 at Burnet Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Susan Liljestrand officiating.

Interment follows at Post Mountain Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Burnet Presbyterian.

The family wishes to thank Seton Highland Lakes Hospice for their care and a special thanks to Leonora, Yolanda, Sandra, Carmen and Tracy.
