Matthew Douglas Guidry

Matthew Douglas Guidry, 26, died Oct. 30, 2010. He was born May 15, 1984, to Sue (Titus) and Don Guidry and later became a son to Wayland Wright.
He loved camping and hiking and playing in the Colorado snow. He was a member of A.C.T.S. Missions, which was very dear to his heart.
He graduated from Llano High School in 2002 and was working at Llano Memorial Hospital, which made him feel very proud.
Survivors include his parents Sue and Wayland Wright of Llano; sister Deanne Guidry and Adam Jordy of Austin; brothers Beau and wife Christi of Port Arthur, Danny and wife Sara of Beaumont, David and wife Nicole of San Antonio, Russell and wife Sheri of Wylie and Brad and Rena of Amarillo; cousins; and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
A rosary will be recited 7 p.m. Nov. 1 at Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Chapel, 307 E. Sandstone in Llano, (325) 247-4300.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Nov. 2 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church Nov. 2 with the Rev. Gabriel Uzondu officiating.
Burial follows at Llano City Cemetery.
Pallbearers include his brothers Beau, Danny, David, Russell and Brad Guidry. Honorary pallbearers include his many friends.
