Lester Yett
Lester Yett, 58, of Blanco and formally of Marble Falls, died Sept. 28, 2010. He was born July 30, 1952.
He was a faithful volunteer at the Mt. Horeb Baptist Church in Blanco and was an active Juneteenth Committee member in Marble Falls.
He also served in the Army, including duty at Ft. Hood.
Survivors include his father Leslie Yett of Blanco; godmother Isadore Yett of Blanco; and numerous other relatives in Blanco and Marble Falls.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
A funeral service is 11 a.m. Oct. 7 at the Mt. Horeb Baptist Church. Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m. in the Marble Falls City Cemetery.
