Loree Bybee Hammit
Loree Bybee Hammit, 86, of Marble Falls died Aug. 25, 2010, at her home.
She was born Nov. 28, 1923, in Floyd County to Delbert and Lois Baker Bybee. She was a licensed vocational nurse for many years.
Survivors include children Carolyn Sosa and husband Tim of Levelland, Claudia Ayers and husband Eddie of Marble Falls, and Michael Thornton of Lufkin; siblings Betty Lou Stevenson of West, Fredda Schaufer of Dallas and Patsy Stevens; grandchildren Kelly Kerby, Michael Kerby, Kevin Thompson, Tonya Harmon, Michael Thornton Jr., Christopher Thornton, Zohna Countryman, Kara Countryman and David Countryman; 11 great-grandchildren; and niece Tony Akin.
A graveside service is 11 a.m. Aug. 28 at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4616 North Big Spring, Midland.
