Commissioners hail grant for vets; seek funds for chemical collections
BURNET — A grant approved by the Texas Veterans Commission as Memorial Day draws near will help local veterans lacking transportation still get to their medical appointments.
The Burnet County Commissioners cheered the news during their meeting Tuesday.
