Mustangs ground Kangaroos
MARBLE FALLS — At the end of the 7-0 victory against Killeen High Friday, Marble Falls High School head baseball coach David Norwood summed up the win simply.
“Pretty much a complete game with us,” he said. “Good pitching, good defense, timely hitting.”
The Mustangs (7-10, 1-1 in District 25-4A) were not challenged, though Norwood credited the Kangaroos, a team Marble Falls beat 30-2 and 14-6 a year ago.
