MARBLE FALLS — Women are invited for a night of pampering March 6.
The fourth annual Girls Night Out is 6:30-11 p.m. at Lakeside Pavilion, 307 Buena Vista Drive.
The event benefits Open Door Recovery House, a residential, faith-based drug and alcohol recovery facility, and the Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center, which provides a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter and a rape crisis center for domestic violence victims of all ages and both genders.
The cost to attend Girls Night Out is $50 a person and includes admission and eight indulgence stations. Groups of five or more pay $40 for each ticket, and VIP tickets are available for $75. VIP ticket holders sign up early at 6:15 p.m. for 12 indulgences and receive preferred parking.
Those indulgences include massages; facials; hair, make-up and nails services; yoga; and Zumba. Food and beverages are part of the event, and attendees can bid on silent auction items. Vendors also will be there with their own products.
“While this is not one of our largest fundraisers, it’s a fun one,” said Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center volunteer coordinator Alexandra Cantrell. “Honestly, everyone has had a really great time in the past.”
The indulgence providers are donating their time to the event, and vendors are paying a fee, she said.
