About thirty people plunged into the frigid waters of Lake Marble Falls on February 19, the end of one of the coldest weeks on record in Texas. Todd Foxx and Kurt Cotter of Marble Falls raised $22,000 for the Highland Lakes Crisis Network, which has been working overtime to help those left without water, heat, or food after five-plus inches of snow fell during one of several storms earlier in the week. More than 100 people turned out to watch the jump.
