PHOTOS: Inks Lake drawdown changes landscape

Inks Lake State Park has a new look courtesy of a Lower Colorado River Authority drawdown. The LCRA lowered the lake in early January by about 8 feet to allow for maintenance, debris removal, and repair work for residents and businesses on Inks Lake. The drawdown is only temporary, so Inks Lake State Park should be back to normal around Feb. 13. Even with the lake down, there’s plenty to do at the state park, 3630 Park Road 4 in Hoover’s Valley.
