‘Market on H’ being built in Marble Falls with space for retail

MARBLE FALLS — Construction has begun on the “Market on H” building at the corner of Avenue H and Second Street in Marble Falls.

The Market on H will feature retail and office space facing those two streets, according to Ryan Nash of general contractor Nash Builders, LTD.

“There’s not a set number of spaces available; it can be cut up to meet space needs,” he said. “It’s a very attractive building and an asset to the community. It will dress that area up.”

South of Double Horn Brewing Co., the lot will have a patio area in between the two buildings.

Parking will be available behind the building and in front of it on Avenue H. Parallel parking will be available on Second Street.

Construction is not expected to impede traffic.

Nash said the building will have a 10-month construction period, meaning it could be ready for tenants sometime next summer.
