Burnet officers also arrested Jack Dilon Dickison, 20, and charged him with unlawful possession of firearm by a felon, tampering/fabrication of physical evidence and public intoxication. He was booked into the Burnet County Jail, where he was still being held as of 9 a.m. July 29.

Officials said police anticipate charging a third individual, and Basquez and Dickison could face additional charges.
