MARBLE FALLS — Though the Marble Falls High School girls basketball team lost 62-45 to Cedar Park Vista Ridge on Jan. 11, there were plenty of positives for the Lady Mustangs.

Marble Falls only trailed by 10 points with three minutes to play and stayed within striking distance until Vista Ridge’s depth took over in the fourth period.

“We played incredibly hard, we competed well,” Marble Falls head coach Christ Jost said. “We had some opportunities we didn’t capitalize on. Vista Ridge is so athletic in each position. They can flat out shoot well.”
