Burnet cross country competes at Lampasas meet

Burnet junior varsity boys: last out of 7 teams
LAMPASAS — The Burnet High School cross-country teams recently competed at the Lampasas Invitational.
Walker Townes was the highest finisher for the junior varsity boys team, finishing 13th out of 72 runners in 19 minutes, 45 seconds. Kathryn Drake was the highest finisher for the varsity girls team, earning a medal for sixth place in 13 minutes.
