Granite Shoals puts hold on short-term rental vote; grant sought from state to build new parks
GRANITE SHOALS — The City Council postponed a vote on whether to limit or outlaw "short-term" rentals until February to give the incoming city manager an opportunity to offer her suggestions.
Meanwhile, the council also approved applying for a $500,000 state grant to develop parks and recreational venues on City Hall property where a world-class tennis facility is already being built.
