Galloway Hammond rec center in Burnet holds fall festival, haunted house

BURNET — The Galloway Hammond Recreation Center is the setting Oct. 30 for a haunted house and fall festival, sponsors said. The festival is 6-9 p.m. and the haunted house, sponsored by Burnet High School, is 6 p.m.-midnight.

The recreation center is at 1601 U.S. 281 North.

Admission is free, and game and event tickets are 25 cents each.

The haunted house costs $5.

Organizers said the festival offers games, prizes, trick or treating, a jumping castle, face painting and more.

Concessions include pizza and hot dogs.
