Burnet Burnet CISD superintendent finalist bows out
BURNET — The lone finalist for the superintendent slot at the Burnet Consolidated Independent School District is bowing out.
"After much consideration, I am formally withdrawing my name," Jerry Burger told the BCISD board Feb. 8.
Burger gave no specific reason for his withdrawal, according to Burnet interim Superintendent Dr. Ann Dixon said.
