MARBLE FALLS — Higher feed costs because of the drought will likely drive up beef prices at the store, ranchers and economists are predicting.
And while Highland Lakes cattle ranchers will probably see higher prices for their livestock this year, those gains will be offset by increased feed and hay prices, they said.
