Llano man gets 15 years for stealing $1,600 worth of necklaces

FROM STAFF REPORTS BURNET — A man who admitted to stealing several necklaces valued at approximately $1,600 will spend up to 15 years in prison. Matthew Wayne Manning, 46, of Llano pleaded guilty Feb. 1 in State District Judge Allan Garrett’s court to organized retail theft. He asked for the jury to sentence him. (more…)
