Live Oak Medicine in Kingsland welcomes new physician assistant
KINGSLAND — Certified physician assistant E. Michael Henderson has joined the staff of Live Oak Medicine-Kingsland.
Henderson, who speaks English and Spanish, will see patients full-time at Live Oak Medicine’s second location, 3947 RR 1431 West.
Clinic hours are 8 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m.
Henderson is a native of Crane and received his master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Texas Tech University in 2001. He has practiced in Farmington, N.M., for the past several years, but moved to Kingsland to be closer to his parents, two children and three grandchildren, according to the clinic.
In addition to family medicine, Henderson also has practical experience in general surgery, diabetes, endocrinology, urgent care and occupational medicine.
He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.
Live Oak Medicine-Kingsland accepts most major medical insurances and Medicare. Walk-in patients are welcome. The phone is (830) 693-2005.
